The counseling for admission into Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) courses for the academic session 2009-10 will be held at 10.00 am on 20-04-2009 at Dr.NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada.

The counseling will be held for the seats in Government Dental College & Hospital, Hyderabad and seats in Private Dental colleges, including the seats permitted by Government of India/Dental Council of India, New Delhi on or before 15-04-2009 for the academic year 2009-10.

The candidates who have qualified at the MDS Entrance Test 2009 held on 07-03-2009 are advised to attend the counseling as per the schedule given below. They should bring all the original certificates and demand draft for Rs.7,600/- (Rupees seven thousand and six hundred only) for a seat in Government Dental College and Rs.10,60/- (Rupees Ten thousand six hundred only) for a seat in Private Dental College. ELIGIBILITY FOR LAWCET – 2009 3 year L.L.B/B.L. Course : The Candidates for 3 year L.L.B/B.L should have passed any Graduate Degree of a recognized University with 45% of aggregate marks or any other examination recognized as equivalent by the University concerned

5 Year L.L.B/B.L Course : The Candidate for 5 year L.L.B/B.L should have passed two year Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with 45% of aggregate marks or any other examination recognized as equivalent by the University concerned or the Board of Intermediate Education A.P.

Note : There is a relaxation of 5% of marks in the above qualifying examinations for 3 year/5 year Law course in favour of the Candidates belonging to SC/ST.

1. A candidate appearing for the above qualifying examinations may also take the Law Common Entrance Test in anticipation of results. In case of such students who appear for the entrance test, pending the result of the qualifying examination, their entry shall be subject to their securing eligible marks in the said qualifying examinations.

2.The applicants who have obtained 10+2 or graduation/post graduation through open University system directly without having any basic qualification for prosecuting such studies are not eligible for admission in the law course.

Applications in the prescribed form are invited for Education Common Entrance Test (Ed.CET-2009) for selection of candidates for admission into B.Ed. regular course in College of Education in Andhra Pradesh for the academic year 2009-2010.

Eligibility for Ed.CET-2009: The candidates should fulfill the following eligibility criteria.

Admission will be strictly on merit through All India Entrance Examination to be conducted at Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cochin, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jammu, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai and Patna on Sunday, the 3rd May, 2009 from 3.30 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. If sufficient number of applications are not received for a centre, the University reserves the right to cancel the said centre and shift the applicants of that centre to another nearest centre.

STATE BOARD OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING ANDHRA PRADESH :: HYDERABAD NOTIFICATION COMMON ENTRANCE EXAMINATION FOR ADMISSION IN TO POLYTECHNICS - 2009 (CEEP - 2009)

1. The State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad will conduct "Common Entrance Examination for Admission into Polytechnic (CEEP -2009)" for the candidates seeking admission to all Diploma Courses in Engineering /Non Engineering/ Technology offered at Polytechnics / Institutions (including Aided and Unaided Private Polytechnics/ Institutions) in Andhra Pradesh State for the academic year 2009-2010.

2. Eligibility appear for CEEP- 2009. Candidates should have passed, or compartmentally passed or appearing for SSC or its equivalent examination, recognised as equivalent to S.S.C. by the Board of Secondary Education, A.P.Hyderabad are also eligible to apply. The Candidates should have passed in all the subjects or pending result of their qualifying examination, their entry shall be subject to their securing a pass in all the subjects in the said qualifying examination.

Detailed Information regarding eligibility, age and syllabi etc., are given in the "CEEP-2009 Booklet" which is supplied along with ICR FORM and is available for sale at a cost of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten only) from the Principals of Govt.Polytechni, Private Polytechnics and AP online centers (Detalis can be sen on website http://dteap.ac.in).

3. Procedure for applying : State Board of Technical Education & Training, AP, Hyderabad has made arrangements to accept online application forms at various AP online/ Helpline centres. The detailed list of these centeres is available at http://dteap.ac.in in website. In Order file application through these centres an application fee of Rs.300/- (Rupees Three Hundred only) has to be paid to the operator by the candidates.

The detailed procedure of enclosing phtograph and affixing signature of the candidates and parent / guardian on the ICR form is available in the Instructions booklet. Candidates are advised to read these Instructions carefully before entering the details on the ICR form and recheck it before the operator presses the confirmation button. Please note that the manual application form is not accepted.

5. The Programme of admissions (Web counselling) will be notified in all leading newspapers after declaration of CEEP results. Candidates are advised to note that admissions into polytechnics for academic year 2009-2010 shall be made on the basis of web counselling, where in candidates can opt for any course at any polytechnic in the order of priority and the allotment shall be made for his/ her best preferred choice based on his/her merit and other admission rules in vogue. Details of Web counselling and helpline centres will be abailable on our website heep:dteap.ac.in and shall be notified in all leading Newspapers after declaration of CEEP RESULTS.

6. IMPORTANT DO'S FOR CANDIDATES.

a) Please note that only one Hall ticket will be generated against an ICR FORM, i.e, ICR FORM NUMBER IS UNIQUE.

b) Candidates should note down the ICR form number ( or still better, keep a Xerox copy of ICR form as the same would be required for WEB counselling. )

c) Date of birth should be correctly entered in the ICR form, as tie in CEEP rank would be resolved on the basis of the same

d) Do not allow your ICR FORM TO BE USED BY OTHERS. (i.e. Do not reveal your ICR form no. to others)
